The Bethel Empowerment Skills Training Centre was opened last June. Since then, it has been making strides in its mission to develop the skills of young persons in the village of Bethel and environs under the sturdy guidance of Minister of Tobago Development Dr. Delmon Baker.

Last Friday, the Water and Sewerage Authority launched its Courland Pipeline Replacement Project on Plymouth road. This marked the beginning of a series of work to be conducted by WASA. At the launch, the deputy Chief Secretary and the Minority Leader agreed that the project would assist in saving both water and money.
