The Bethel Empowerment Skills Training Centre was opened last June. Since then, it has been making strides in its mission to develop the skills of young persons in the village of Bethel and environs under the sturdy guidance of Minister of Tobago Development Dr. Delmon Baker.

The Charlotteville Health centre isn’t being used for its intended purpose, this according to Minority Leader in the Tobago House of Assembly, Ashworth Jack. A Trinidad and Tobago Regiment truck capsized in Charlotteville Last Sunday resulting in a number of people being injured.
