President of the Tobago Agricultural Society Owen Dillon says farmers are disappointed with the plans for agriculture which were outlined in the Tobago House of Assembly’s 2013 budget proposals.
Scarborough to be Transformed
In the near future, Scarborough is expected to be transformed, as a new modern multi use facility will be built at the Scarborough Port according the secretary Gary Melville. The facility will house a cold storage area, ice facilities, a retail fish market, wholesale fish market and a sea food restaurant.
