The windward end of Tobago on Saturday hosted the annual Windward Afro Queen Show and calypso competition. The Secretary of Community Development and Culture, Dr. Denise Tsoi-a-Fatt Angus in her remarks described the event as a remarkable accomplishment, which allows for the appreciation of our local talent.
