Murder Ruled Out
The probe into what was classified as Tobago’s 3rd murder for 2013 has ended. Murder was ruled out in connection with the death of 48 year old Patience Hill resident, alias Michelle Jackson’s whose lifeless body was found on Sunday shortly after 8 a.m.
