While some chose to participate in the reveling for the carnival season, others chose to camp out, away from the bacchanal. Some even chose to go to the beach with family and friends.

New Curriculum for Primary Schools
Can students in Infants Year One, Two and Standard One expect a new curriculum come September? The announcement was made in Parliament last week by Curriculum Coordinator of the Ministry of Education Ingrid Remchand. The new curriculum aims to improve the low levels of comprehension skills which have been detected among children in Infants and Standard One.
