Plans to implement powers that already exist in the Tobago House of Assembly regarding planning and development in Tobago will soon be undertaken. This was announced by Dr. Asad Mohammed, chairman of the National Planning Task Force, while speaking at the National Spatial Development strategy consultation on Tuesday.
