The Minority Leader of the Tobago House of Assembly is calling on the Executive council to construct a walk over from the highway straight over to the Pentecostal Light and Life Pentecostal High School. Students and other pedestrians who access the Pentecostal Light and Life High School from the easiest point, the highway, are at risk of getting knocked down by speeding vehicles
