Residents of Canoe Bay are concerned with the recent theft of manhole covers from the pavement, leaving the holes open and creating a possible mishap. He is pleading with the authorities to keep a closer eye on scrap iron dealers on the Island who consistently engage in this activity for a quick dollar.
