Signal Hill We can cook, a tremendous success

Many braved the rain and came out to the Signal Hill Secondary School’s much anticipated event “We can cook”. The event is a fund raising initiative which was started by the teachers and students of the Signal Hill Secondary School, providing the patrons with entertainment while they eat and mingle.
