Social scientist: turn of events will not affect the TOP in the upcoming THA elections

One irate pensioner says she is very disturbed by the way in which she received her pension cheque this month. She is calling on those responsible to deal with the mannerism of officers at the Division of Health and Social Services, who she says are bent on victimizing senior citizens.
