Up until recently, the Pembroke Recreation Ground had no lights on its field forcing all activities to wrap up before night fall. However, now there is bliss, as the field has been lit with solar lights.

The numerous appeals by some boat owners, boat users, locals and visitors to the Store Bay Beach facility and other facilitates throughout the island, for something to be done about touting are still coming in.
