Fisherman Vernon Duncan has been found. Public Relations Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Coast Guard Lieutenant Commander Kirk Jean -Baptiste explained that Barbados Coast Guard officials discovered Duncan and two other Trinidad and Tobago nationals in Barbados waters on Saturday.
