A resident of Lucy Vale in Speyside is alleging possible bias by Tobago Public Health inspectors and officials. The resident was critical of officers, highlighting the in-action of the health officers in responding to her family’s complaints.

Dangerous dogs act to go into full effect

This follows a Cabinet decision last Thursday to enforce the law by Proclamation of the President. Security tightened at Signal Hill as fence Reconstructed
