$100 million owed for Scarborough Hospital completion to be made available

The Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly, the Secretary for Health and the Secretary for Finance have all expressed relief at finally receive confirmation that the $100 million that was owed for the completion of the new Scarborough Hospital will now be made available.
