What was described as an eyesore at the Charlotteville junction is no more, as the old fishing facility has finally been demolished. The area next to the facility which was overgrown with bush has also been cleared.

Charlotteville’s beach front salespersons are now awaiting word from the THA about their next course of action. The vendors were recently told that the plans for the new building would be taken back to the drawing board and changes made.

Since workmen began removing the tiles on the Scarborough Esplanade and redesigning the area many persons have been wondering what is going on.
