All surgeries at the Scarborough Regional Hospital were canceled on Monday; this is as a result of sick out action staged by nurses at the hospital. And President of the Public Services Association Watson Duke says it is time the TRHA employees are shown the respect they deserve. The handing over of the second phase of the Scarborough General Hospital will be delayed by at least one month. NIPDEC has reported the delay in a recent correspondence to the Division of Health and Social Services.
