A major disruption in the electricity supply on the island during the early hours of this morning caused major discomfort for all of Trinidad and Tobago. As a result, the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission was bombarded with calls as to the cause of the problem.

In a press release issued, E-IDCOT, the project managers of the Cove Eco-industrial and Business Park, denounced any responsibility for the frequent power outages which have been occurring in Tobago for the past couple of weeks.
