If the People’s National Movement political party is victorious in the upcoming Tobago House of Assembly elections, leader Orville London is assuring that the landscape of the executive will change, as a number of incumbent secretaries will not be returning.

Political Leader of the People’s National Movement (PNM) in Tobago, Orville London said that if circumstances were different, he would not be contesting the upcoming Tobago House of Assembly elections.
