Party Chairman of the Tobago Organization of the People, Lionel Coker today stated that he has confidence in both Vernella Alleyne-Toppin and Dr. Delmon Baker going into their new portfolios in the government.
Prime Minister Kamla Persad Bissessar commissioned the start of services at the Scarborough General Hospital on Wednesday. In her address, she commended the people of Tobago for their fortitude despite the long wait for this facility.
