Ex-minister fined on Assault Charges

After being found guilty on two charges of assault, former Local Government Minister and Tobago Council of the PNM Education officer, Rennie Dumas, was ordered to pay the total sum of $18,500 dollars when he appeared before Magistrate Nannette Forde John at Scarborough Magistrates Court on Monday morning.
