The issue of touting on Store Bay Beach is ongoing and has been claimed to adversely affected many of the reef tour operators as well as the public who utilize the service.

A number of Reef tour operators are complaining about the return of touting at the Store Bay Beach Facility, reporting that it is mayhem, chaos and confusion on a daily basis.
