Scores of displaced and disgruntled passengers assembled outside the Scarborough Port this afternoon, after they were informed that the T&T Spirit sailings will be delayed. Scores of passengers lined up at the Scarborough Port for the 1:30 sailing of the T&T Spirit this afternoon only to be informed that their sailing would be delayed by two hours.

In the near future, Scarborough is expected to be transformed, as a new modern multi use facility will be built at the Scarborough Port according the secretary Gary Melville. The facility will house a cold storage area, ice facilities, a retail fish market, wholesale fish market and a sea food restaurant.
