While speaking at his press conference to deal specifically with matters of payment to staff of the Minstry of Tobago Development, Dr. Delmon Baker sought to explain the ministry’s role in the Island of Tobago.

It was the Headline “Silent Baker,” his picture splashed across the front page of a recent Tobago News, and the accompanying article which prompted the Minister of Tobago Development, Dr. Delmon Baker to call a Press Conference.

The Ministry of Tobago Development’s consultation on land titles arrived in Plymouth on Monday at the Plymouth Community Centre. That was the third public consultation held throughout Tobago.
