Candice Murray of Pembroke delivered her bouncing baby boy at the Signal Hill institution at 2:13pm. The child is Ms Murray’s first, and weighed at 4.416 kilograms at birth. Officials of the Tobago Regional Health Authority visited the new mother with a party that included Administrator Diane Baker-Henry; Mr. Winfield Quamina, TRHA board member; Acting CEO of the TRHA, Michelle Edwards Benjamin; Dr. Rufaro Celestine, Medical Chief of Staff; Head of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department, Dr. Victor Wheeler and acting Secondary Care Nurse Manager, Sarah Celestine-Balfour. They not only visited the new mother but also gave out hampers to the mothers on the ward.
Definitely a mother’s day to remember.
