Their problems seem endless, no water in their taps, frequent power outages, no employment for residents and lack of communication from their area representative. These are just some of the issues plaguing the residents of Bloody Bay.

They could have gone to the beach, they could have thrown a party, but instead, the residents of Top Hill Pembroke in Tobago decided to trim trees, clean drains and have a general clean up, all in an effort to beautify their community.
