Employees of the Division of Infrastructure and Public Utilities Sanitation Department are calling on business owners in Upper Scarborough to desist from throwing their garbage behind a wall in the area. They say this is a health hazard as it has become a breeding ground for rats and other vermin.

It was business as usual for some tenants of the NIB Mall, while others were busy packing their goods in an attempt to meet the deadline set by the NIB Mall Management. When Channel Five News visited the Mall, we saw some spaces empty, as business owners heeded the call by the NIB Management to vacate the premises by April 30th.
